Performance Coaching (1-on-1)

Have you read the book “Trillion Dollar Coach” by Eric Schmidt ?  Eric was the CEO of Google from 2001 – 2011.  In it he says, “Everyone needs a coach!”  The best of the best all have a coach.

Bill Campbell (the coach who the book is about) coached Larry Page founder of Google, Steve Jobs while he was building Apple, Intuit and other prominent Silicon Valley companies.  They all credit a huge part of their success to having a coach.

Coaching isn’t about being better or worse than your coach and it doesn’t mean your life is f*$%&# up and there is something wrong with you. It means you are hungry to do more, be more and give more to life

The most elite performers on the planet use coaches.  The question is whether you want to rise up into the ranks of the elite.

A great coach is someone who you can trust, loves on you and is also strong and direct with you when you aren’t stepping up.  They listen and give you feedback without the projections of their own belief systems on you.  They are going to hold you accountable to do what you say and get you aligned with your core values, beliefs, vision and purpose so your life begins to flow.

You go from pushing through life to a pull with endless energy.

They are going to measure, track and fine-tune what’s working and not working so you hit the targets you are after in life.  Coaching is about results.  Your results.
